Randomized studies of retatrutide measure change in body weight as a percentage of baseline, along with absolute weight loss. Glycemic endpoints include hemoglobin A1c and fasting plasma glucose. Investigators also track blood pressure, lipid fractions, and liver fat content to characterize effects beyond weight alone. Trial designs typically use double-blind, placebo-controlled groups with periodic dose escalation, and they record adverse events throughout both treatment and follow-up periods.
Quantification of the peptide in biological samples generally relies on liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. This approach separates the analyte from matrix components and detects it by mass-to-charge transitions specific to the molecule. Immunoassays offer higher throughput but can cross-react with related peptides and metabolites, so mass spectrometric methods are preferred when structural confirmation is required. Method validation typically addresses accuracy, precision, selectivity, and stability under handling conditions.
Research-grade peptide material is commonly supplied as a lyophilized powder, a form that limits degradation during transport and storage. Standard practice keeps such material cold and protected from light and moisture, with tighter conditions used for long-term archives. Once dissolved, solutions are generally considered less stable than the dry powder and are handled on shorter timescales. These established conventions derive largely from general peptide chemistry rather than from compound-specific evidence alone.
Identification and purity assessment typically rely on reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, often paired with mass spectrometry. Mass measurement confirms the expected molecular mass and can reveal truncations or modifications. Peptide mapping and sequencing techniques provide sequence-level confirmation when needed. Because related peptide impurities can behave similarly in a single method, orthogonal techniques are usually combined. Reported purity values depend heavily on the method used and should be interpreted with that in mind.

Stability depends strongly on physical state. Dry powder is comparatively robust when held at -20 °C or below, desiccated and shielded from light; under those conditions degradation is slow and measured over years. Once dissolved, the peptide becomes far more vulnerable: backbone hydrolysis, oxidation of susceptible residues and aggregation all proceed faster in solution, and the rates climb with temperature and with pH far from neutral. Refrigerated storage at 2–8 °C extends usable life for short periods, and repeated freeze–thaw cycles are best avoided.
Identity and purity are established by instrumental methods rather than by appearance. Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography separates the peptide from related impurities and yields a purity value, usually expressed as the share of total peak area. Mass spectrometry checks that the observed mass agrees with the mass calculated from the published sequence, while peptide mapping or amino acid analysis adds structural evidence. Water content, counter-ion identity and residual solvents are sometimes reported as well. A certificate of analysis should name the method behind each figure, because results are method-dependent.
Exhumation, or disinterment, is the act of digging something up, especially a corpse. This is most often done to relocate a body to a different burial spot; families may make this decision to locate the deceased in a more pertinent or convenient place. In shared family burial sites (e.g. a married couple), if the previously deceased person has been buried for an insufficient period of time, the second body may be buried elsewhere until it is safe to relocate it to the shared grave. Exhumation of human remains occur for a number of other reasons, including body identification or as part of a criminal investigation. If an individual dies in suspicious circumstances, police may request exhumation to determine the cause of death. Exhumations may also occur via grave robbery or as an act of desecration. In rare, historical cases (e.g. Pope Formosus or Oliver Cromwell), a body may be exhumed for posthumous execution, dissection, or gibbeting. Notable individuals may be exhumed to answer historical questions. Exhumation by archaeologists enables the study of remains, as with many ancient Egyptian mummies that have been put on public display. In most jurisdictions, a legal exhumation usually requires a court order or permission by the next of kin of the deceased. U.S. law allows disinterment "only for the most compelling of reasons" and with the permission of close relatives and the cemetery official. Also in many countries, permits are required by some governing agency to legally conduct a disinterment.

David Kossoff (24 November 1919 – 23 March 2005) was a British actor. In 1954 he won the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer to Leading Film Roles for his appearance as Geza Szobek in The Young Lovers. He played Alf Larkin in TV sitcom The Larkins and Professor Kokintz in The Mouse that Roared (1959) and its sequel The Mouse on the Moon (1963). Because of the drug use of his son Paul, former guitarist of blues-rock band Free, later with Back Street Crawler, who subsequently died, he became an anti-drug campaigner. In 1971 he was also actively involved in the Nationwide Festival of Light, an organisation protesting against the commercial exploitation of sex and violence, and advocating the teachings of Christ as the key to re-establishing moral stability in Britain.

=== Constitutional reform === In 1988, new amendments to the Yugoslav Constitution were adopted, initiating a process of democratization. During 1988 and 1989, a successful round of coups in the Communist party leadership, known as the anti-bureaucratic revolution, in Vojvodina, Kosovo as well as Montenegro, replaced autonomous leaderships in this regions. The coups were led by Slobodan Milošević; supporter of Serbian nationalism. The events were condemned by the communist governments of the western Yugoslav republics (especially SR Slovenia and SR Croatia), who successfully resisted the attempts to expand the revolt onto their territories, and turned against Milošević. The rising antagonism eventually resulted in the dissolution of the ruling League of Communists of Yugoslavia in 1990, and subsequently in the breakup of Yugoslavia. In 1989, Slobodan Milošević was elected as President of the State Presidency of Serbia. He demanded that the federal Yugoslav government act for the interests of Serbia in Kosovo by sending in the Yugoslav People's Army to suppress separatism in the province. At the same time, several reforms of federal electoral system were proposed, with Serbia supporting a "one-citizen, one-vote" system, which would have given a majority of votes to Serbs. By that time, ethnic tensions in Yugoslavia increased, and the ruling League of Communists of Yugoslavia collapsed, followed by the crisis of federal institutions.
In organic chemistry, a thiol (; from Ancient Greek θεῖον (theion) 'sulfur') or thiol derivative is any organosulfur compound of the form R−SH, where R represents an alkyl or other organic substituent. The −SH functional group itself is referred to as either a thiol group or a sulfhydryl group, or a sulfanyl group. Thiols are the sulfur analogue of alcohols (that is, sulfur takes the place of oxygen in the hydroxyl (−OH) group of an alcohol), and the word is a blend of "thio-" with "alcohol". Many thiols have strong odors resembling that of garlic, cabbage or rotten eggs. Thiols are used as odorants to assist in the detection of natural gas (which in pure form is odorless). The smell of natural gas is due to the addition of thiol.
==== Physical performance ==== Amphetamine is used by some athletes for its psychological and athletic performance-enhancing effects, such as increased endurance and alertness; however, non-medical amphetamine use is prohibited at sporting events that are regulated by collegiate, national, and international anti-doping agencies. In healthy people at oral therapeutic doses, amphetamine has been shown to increase muscle strength, acceleration, athletic performance in anaerobic conditions, and endurance (i.e., it delays the onset of fatigue), while improving reaction time. Amphetamine improves endurance and reaction time primarily through reuptake inhibition and release of dopamine in the central nervous system. Amphetamine and other dopaminergic drugs also increase power output at fixed levels of perceived exertion by overriding a "safety switch", allowing the core temperature limit to increase in order to access a reserve capacity that is normally off-limits. At therapeutic doses, the adverse effects of amphetamine do not impede athletic performance; however, at much higher doses, amphetamine can induce effects that severely impair performance, such as rapid muscle breakdown and elevated body temperature.

== Uses == The fruits are mainly consumed and have a juicy, edible center of many seeds. The parts of the fruit eaten are the pulpy, juicy seeds. Passion fruits are commonly squeezed to make juice, or used for pastries and other baked products, and as an ice cream flavor. When passion fruit seeds are added to snack bars, the dietary fiber content rose from 4.17% to 5.66% while the fat content rose from 15.02% to 19.63%.
Moreover, each viewpoint substantially uses the same foundational concepts (defined in Part 2 of RM-ODP). However, the viewpoints are sufficiently independent to simplify reasoning about the complete specification. The mutual consistency among the viewpoints is ensured by the architecture defined by RM-ODP, and the use of a common object model provides the glue that binds them all together. More specifically, the RM-ODP framework provides five generic and complementary viewpoints on the system and its environment:
Anthraquinone glycosides are found in senna, rhubarb, and Aloe. The cardiac glycosides are phytochemicals from plants including foxglove and lily of the valley. They include digoxin and digitoxin which act as diuretics.

Trials measure percentage change in body weight, absolute weight loss, and glycemic markers such as hemoglobin A1c. They also record blood pressure, lipids, and liver fat. Adverse events are tracked throughout.
Mass spectrometry identifies molecules by mass-to-charge transitions, which reduces interference from related peptides. Immunoassays run faster but can cross-react. Structural confirmation usually requires the mass spectrometric approach.
Cardiovascular outcomes, long-term safety, and weight regain after stopping treatment are unresolved. These questions need years of follow-up data. Published evidence covers only limited treatment durations.
Mass spectrometry provides a mass value that can be compared with the expected value, while peptide mapping examines fragmentation patterns. Together these techniques support identity claims better than a single measurement can.
